There is only one Professional Listener - And this is his web site
The Professional Listener brings a new level of communications training to Sussex - developing listening skills.
He also provides additional executive support for CEO's, Business Partners, Owner Managers, Managing Directors and other senior executives who have nobody to speak to in complete confidence about their plans, goals and business concerns.
Without this level of support costly mistakes can be made.
For more information see the CEO/MD Support page and/or request our free Executive and Consultative Support from the Free Stuff page.

Our first in-house workshop is The Corporate Listener. Anybody who needs to improve their listening skills including customer facing staff, call centre team members, people who conduct recruitment interviews, hold disciplinary meetings or manage other staff should attend this workshop.
See the first workshop page for more information.
The Corporate Listener Workshop PDF can be requested from the Free Stuff page.
Many people hear what others say - but relatively few deduce what they mean to say - but a listener does.
The second workshop: Listening in theThird Dimension is now available.
The Professional Listener also provides one-to-one support to private people who need somebody to bounce ideas off, talk about their dreams, worries, personal or professional concerns or anything else when an objective listener is needed.
There are times when we all need somebody to talk to who will not judge us, who will give us their undivided attention and help us find a voice for the words that we have wanted to speak for so long.
At these times the Professional Listener is needed.
For more information visit the What Is It page and/or request the free What is Professional Listening PDF from the Free Stuff page.
It has been said of listening that it is:
"The highest form of hospitality"
And of the sort that does not set out:
"To change people, but to offer them space where change can take place, hospitality is not a subtle invitation to adopt the lifestyle to the host, but the gift of a chance for the guest to find their own".
